Terms of use

The account

Login is by a Qatari mobile number and a code sent by text. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for whoever holds the number.

Accounts are for companies and those lawfully representing them.

Content responsibility

The company owner is responsible for the accuracy of everything they publish and for holding the right to use it, including text, images and numbers.

Misleading, unlawful or infringing content is prohibited, as is impersonating another company.

The verification badge

The badge is granted after a manual review of the submitted trade licence image. It means we reviewed that document; it is not a government certification or a quality guarantee.

It may be withdrawn if the licence number changes or the data proves wrong.

Plans and payment

The free plan is permanent within its stated limits. Pro is a monthly subscription managed through Stripe; you can cancel and it runs to the end of the paid period.

Prohibited use

Unauthorised access attempts, scraping, fake enquiries, and misuse of the writing assistant. We may suspend an account on violation.

Service as-is

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available and data safe, but we do not guarantee zero downtime and are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms when needed; an update takes effect from the date it is posted.
