Getting started
From sign-up to your first enquiry
Six steps, each one next to a picture of what you will see on your screen. No developer, no bank card, and no password to remember.
10

Step 1 of 6
11 minuteCreate your account with your mobile number
Press “Add your company” at the top of the page: type your company name, choose your page link, and enter your mobile number. There are no passwords anywhere on the platform.
- The link uses lowercase Latin letters and digits, and accepts a hyphen or a dot — we suggest one from your company name.
- Sign-in requires a Qatari mobile starting with 3, 5, 6 or 7. A landline works as a company contact number, not as a sign-in number.
- Write the number however you like: with spaces, with the country code, or in Arabic-Indic digits.

Step 2 of 6
21 minuteEnter the code we text you
A six-digit code arrives by SMS and stays valid for five minutes. Entering it opens your account — there is nothing else to save or memorise.
- “Remember this device” keeps you signed in for thirty days on this browser only. Do not use it on a shared device.
- No code? Ask for another after a minute. The limit is five codes an hour per number.

33 minutesBuild your page content
Once you are in, the setup assistant opens: it reads your company name and sector, then suggests a tagline, a description, and a list of services. You read, edit, and save.
- Nothing is saved or published before you see it and approve it.
- Prefer to write it yourself? Skip the assistant and open the editor directly.
- Do not worry about English now: a draft is prepared when you publish, and you review it in one click.

42 minutesAdd the ways a customer reaches you
A WhatsApp or phone number, the company email, working hours, your location on the map, and photos of your work.
- Without a WhatsApp or phone number the contact buttons disappear from your page.
- The company email is where every enquiry alert lands, plus a weekly summary on Sunday morning.
- Working hours let your page show “Open now” in Qatar time.

5Our team reviews itVerify your commercial registration
On the “Verification” page enter your CR number and upload its image, and our team reviews it. Publishing does not open before verification.
- The CR image never appears on your page, and only the review team can open it.
- Once approved, a “Verified commercial registration” badge shows to every visitor.
- Changing the CR number later withdraws the badge and returns the page to draft until it is verified again.

6One clickPublish and share your link
One press makes your page live on your link, listed in the company directory and visible in search results.
- The English version lives on the same link after /en.
- When the link is shared, a card with your company name and logo is generated automatically.
- Need to hide it for a while? “Publication status” in settings returns it to draft without losing your data.

And after publishing?
The page is where the work starts, not where it ends — here are three things that keep working for you.
Enquiries reach you immediately
The WhatsApp and call buttons open a direct conversation with you, and the enquiry form lands in your dashboard and your inbox the moment it is sent.
You see what happens on your page
Visits, WhatsApp and call clicks, which service customers ask about, and where they came from — day by day.
The assistant drafts your reply
It suggests a reply to an enquiry and translates the customer's message between Arabic and English. You read it and you send it.
Start now — the first step takes a minute
Create your account and finish the rest whenever you like. What you write is saved in your dashboard and published only when you say so.
